The role is with a leading General Insurance Broking firm based in Mumbai, Pune, or Delhi. We are seeking candidates with strong CXO and CFO connections in the B2B segment within the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have the ability to establish relationships with large corporates and drive new business opportunities. As part of the responsibilities, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business prospects within the corporate sector by leveraging networking, referrals, and cold calling. Moreover, you will be tasked with fostering client relationships, understanding their insurance requirements, and delivering tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs. You will also be involved in negotiating terms with underwriters, ensuring compliance with regulations, and staying abreast of market trends. To qualify for this role, you should hold a minimum of a Graduate degree, with an MBA being preferred. Additionally, you must have at least 10 years of experience in the insurance broking industry and a proven track record of engaging with top-level management in large corporations. Experience in generating revenue independently and through team efforts, as well as managing teams, is essential. A strong understanding of Non-Employee Benefits (Non EB) products is also required.
