Our mission is to build a sports brand that India can be proud of. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Corporate Sales Manager in the West Region. The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for account management and lead generation, driving sales, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include overseeing sales operations to ensure efficient and effective sales processes and strategies. CTC- 10-12 lakhs Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy & Execution: - Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies to achieve zonal targets. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. - Ensure alignment of regional goals with overall business objectives Client Management: - Manage and grow relationships with key corporate and institutional clients. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and account retention. -Negotiate and close high-value deals with strategic partners. Team Leadership: - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of minimum 10 sales professionals across multiple regions. - Conduct regular performance reviews and implement development plans for underperforming team members. - Drive team productivity through clear KPIs and consistent performance monitoring. Reporting & Analysis: - Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management. - Track key metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI. Required Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 3–5 years of experience in corporate and institutional sales with proven ability in handling large accounts across regions. - Strong experience in multi-region sales operations and team management. - Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
