Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients through effective relationship building, networking, and marketing efforts.
  • Manage key accounts by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, ensuring client satisfaction, and retaining existing business.
  • Identify potential renewals and negotiate contract extensions with existing clients to maintain revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted sales campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion.

Job Requirements :

  • 4-8 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate sales in the IT services industry.
  • Proven track record of success in client acquisition, retention, and upselling/cross-selling.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales principles, institutional sales strategies, and key account management best practices.
