Role Overview:

residing in Delhi-NCR

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business development in Delhi/NCR for: Group Medical Cover (GMC), Fire & Property Insurance, Liability Insurance, Marine Insurance and other corporate products.
• Leverage 

  existing

   client relationships to bring 

  immediate

   business.
• Build a strong pipeline of SMEs and mid-sized corporates.
• Meet CXOs, HR heads, Finance teams to present customized solutions.
• Work closely with underwriting and operations teams for quote comparisons, negotiations, and closing.
• Achieve sales and brokerage revenue targets for the Delhi-NCR Branch/Region.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in B2B/Corporate Insurance (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products (Fire, GMC, Liability, Marine, etc.).

• Should have existing corporate client relationships in Delhi NCR and be able to onboard them in the short term.

• Excellent network with decision-makers (CXOs, HR, CFOs).
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, willing to work independently in a startup-style environment.
