Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager in the Electronic Components / Semiconductors industry, your main responsibility will be to identify and prospect new corporate clients, build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, and develop customized sales solutions to meet client needs. You will lead negotiations, manage a pipeline of opportunities, collaborate with internal teams, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and prospect new corporate clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations. - Understand the clients business objectives and develop customized sales solutions to meet their needs. - Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to corporate clients. - Lead negotiations and handle objections to close sales deals successfully. - Manage a pipeline of opportunities and provide accurate sales forecasts. - Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, customer service) to ensure a seamless sales process. - Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and product offerings. - Provide exceptional customer service and post-sale support to ensure long-term client satisfaction. - Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. - Proven track record of 10-15 years in sales, preferably in the Electronic Components / Semiconductors industry. - Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills. - Ability to understand and address client needs effectively. - Proficiency in preparing and delivering product presentations. - Experience in managing a sales pipeline and achieving sales targets consistently.,
