Corporate Sales Manager – Retreats & Events

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Sales & Client Acquisition:

  • Lead corporate sales for

    events, retreats, offsites, annual corporate meets, conferences, and corporate get-togethers

    .
  • Acquire new corporate clients for

    MICE, leadership camps, team offsites, and experiential retreats

    .
  • Develop strong relationships with

    HR Heads, Admin Teams, L&D Heads, Event Planners, and Corporate Decision-Makers

    .
  • Present and pitch

    customized retreat and event solutions

    as per client requirements.

Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities across

    IT, Pharma, BFSI, Startups, MNCs, and Wellness organizations

    .
  • Conduct

    site visits, presentations, and proposal submissions

    .
  • Develop and execute

    quarterly and annual corporate sales strategies

    .
  • Build and manage a

    strong corporate sales pipeline through CRM

    .

Revenue & Target Management:

  • Achieve assigned

    monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

    .
  • Negotiate

    commercials, contracts, pricing, and payment terms

    .
  • Track

    market trends, competitor activity, and pricing benchmarks

    .

Event Execution & Coordination:

  • Coordinate with

    operations, marketing, hospitality, and resort teams

    for seamless event execution.
  • Ensure superior

    client experience before, during, and after the event

    .
  • Handle

    client feedback, contract renewals, and repeat business

    .

Marketing & Brand Support:

  • Support

    marketing campaigns for retreats and corporate events

    .
  • Represent the brand at

    corporate roadshows, exhibitions, networking meets, and trade expos

    .

  • Strong

    B2B Corporate Sales & Relationship Management

  • Excellent

    Presentation, Communication & Negotiation

    abilities
  • Sound understanding of

    Corporate Events, Hospitality, MICE & Luxury Retreats

  • Strong

    closure and revenue-driven mindset

  • Ability to manage

    high-value corporate accounts

  • Excellent

    follow-up discipline and CRM handling

  • Willingness to

    travel for client meetings and site visits

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in

    Corporate Sales / Event Sales / Retreat Sales / Resort or Hospitality Sales

  • Experience selling

    luxury retreats, destination events, corporate offsites

    is highly preferred
  • Existing

    corporate and event planner network

    will be an added advantage
  • Highly

    target-driven with strong closure capability

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Corporate revenue generated from

    events & retreats

  • Number of

    new corporate tie-ups

  • Lead-to-closure conversion ratio

  • Client retention and repeat bookings

  • Successful event execution rate
