Job Description

Industry: Events and Hospitality Key Responsibilities: Identify, target, and acquire corporate clients for events, hotel bookings, conferences, and restaurant group bookings. Build strong B2B relationships with corporate houses, travel agencies, event planners, and institutional clients. Drive revenue through corporate tie-ups, annual contracts, and bulk bookings. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct client meetings, presentations, proposals, and negotiations to close high-value deals. Collaborate with operations, F&B, and event teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Track market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to enhance offerings. Maintain accurate reports on lead pipeline, conversions, and corporate account performance. Skills & Competencies: Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills Excellent communication & presentation abilities Relationship-building with high-profile clients Target-driven with a strategic sales approach Experience in hospitality/event industry preferred Ability to handle high-pressure & fast-paced work environment
