Corporate Relations Manager


About the Role:

The Corporate Relations Manager will play a key role in building, managing, and strengthening NxtWave’s corporate partnerships to enhance placement opportunities for our learners. This role demands a mix of strategic relationship-building, sales acumen, and placement management experience.

1–2 years of experience


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners for placements, internships, and hiring initiatives.
  • Identify and onboard new companies for hiring collaborations across various industries.
  • Understand partner hiring needs, workforce requirements, and business objectives to offer suitable talent solutions.
  • Pitch NxtWave’s talent pool to potential recruiters, negotiate terms, and close partnerships.
  • Plan and execute placement drives, ensuring smooth coordination between corporate partners, internal teams, and candidates.
  • Take ownership of achieving placement and revenue targets through consistent outreach and relationship management.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with corporate partners, addressing queries and maintaining strong engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal placement, operations, and academic teams to ensure successful placement outcomes.
  • Prepare and present reports and dashboards on placement activities, corporate engagement, and hiring trends to leadership.
  • Represent NxtWave at corporate meetings, placement events, and networking platforms to expand our reach and partnerships.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in

    Corporate Relations, B2B Sales, or Placement Management

    roles.
  • Proven experience in handling

    placement activities or corporate partnerships

    within an educational or training setup.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a relationship-first mindset.
  • Strong ownership and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Goal-oriented professional with a focus on results, timelines, and client satisfaction.
  • Energetic, proactive, and adaptable to changing business dynamics.
