Corporate Recruiter

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter with a strong focus on technical and Non Tech recruitment to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles across various departments. While the primary focus will be on recruitment, the role also involves team coordination, employee engagement, and HR operations support.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer rollout, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
• Use job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other sources to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Evaluate technical competencies and cultural fit through resume screening and interviews.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and dashboards.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions and adherence to recruitment TATs.

HR Operations & Engagement

• Assist in new employee onboarding and documentation.
• Contribute to employee engagement activities and HR initiatives at the team level.
• Maintain healthy relationships with new hires to ensure smooth integration.
• Support the team in maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in technical recruitment (IT/software roles, engineering, product teams, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Ability to screen technical resumes and coordinate with technical panels.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related field.
