Job Description

  • Minimum 1-6 years of Corporate/ In-house recruitment experience with direct

sourcing skills and a proven track record of success.

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A passionate individual who is focused and understands technology.
  • Involved in house recruitment for various teams.
  • To be able to work mostly independently with little supervision in a fast-paced agency

environment.

  • Should possess advanced computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Microsoft

PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • A motivated, quick learner, able to learn complex technologies, tools, and knowledge.
  • With a proven track record of achieving monthly hiring goals and forming positive

relationships with delivery managers/technical panels.

  • Connecting with business (internal teams) to understand the requirement.
  • Sourcing of matching profiles through various Job Portals/ networking websites

(www.linkedIn.com ) / Google search/ references/ cold calling/ Job Advertisement

  • Screening of the prospective candidates from the technical / HR perspective.
  • Salary/ Benefits Negotiation.
  • Lining up for interviews, pre-interview prep-up, and post-interview follow-up.
  • Taking an initial face to face interviews.

  • Positive attitude
  • Flexible & Aggressive
  • Excellent communication skills (Spoken and Written).
  • Work independently with little supervision in a fast-paced agency environment

  • Graduate in any field or higher education is a plus

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Must have a reliable internet connection
