Job Description

We are seeking an Ayurveda Domain Expert to drive the integration of Ayurvedic wellness principles into technology-based solutions. This role focuses on leveraging traditional Ayurvedic knowledge to enhance Wellness and Educational outcomes for K-12 children. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross functional teams to develop evidence-based wellness strategies within digital learning environments. Key Responsibilities Identify and integrate core Ayurvedic principles into technology-driven wellness and educational products. Collaborate with AI, psychology, and pedagogy teams to develop child-friendly wellness solutions. Provide insights on diet, lifestyle, cognitive development, and mental well-being based on Ayurveda. Validate and refine Ayurveda-based interventions through research and empirical analysis. Translate traditional Ayurvedic practices into actionable, evidence-backed wellness strategies for children. Qualifications & Experience Master’s or Ph.D. in Ayurveda, Integrative Medicine, Wellness Science, or a related field. 3-7 years of experience in applying Ayurvedic principles in education, child development, or digital health products. Strong understanding of Ayurvedic nutrition, mental health, lifestyle interventions, and cognitive well-being. Experience in research, and designing wellness-based strategies. Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in EdTech, AI, and wellness-based product development. Preferred Skills Experience working with K-12 education models and child development frameworks. Strong research and analytical skills for validating Ayurvedic interventions. Strong background experience on OPDs and Patient handling (Children preferred). Ability to translate traditional knowledge for modern digital applications. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Show more Show less
