Work Location-Vadodara

Work Mode- 100% Onsite

Shift Timing- 12-9 PM IST

Roles and Responsibilities

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and interview schedules.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-4 years of experience in corporate recruiting or related field (inhouse recruitment).
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and candidates alike.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Naukri.com or similar tools.
