Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for corporate hiring, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Conduct leadership hiring and lateral hiring initiatives to strengthen the organization's workforce.
  • Ensure timely filling of open positions through effective vendor management and internal processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop strategies for talent acquisition.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and legal standards.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree
  • Proficient in ATS and recruitment tools.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
