Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for corporate hiring, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Conduct leadership hiring and lateral hiring initiatives to strengthen the organization's workforce.
Ensure timely filling of open positions through effective vendor management and internal processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop strategies for talent acquisition.

Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
Maintain accurate records in the ATS.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and legal standards.

Qualifications:

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree
Proficient in ATS and recruitment tools.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
