We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with 4+ years of expertise in hiring for content, digital production, media, publishing, QA, project management, and EdTech roles This role involves managing full-cycle recruitment , partnering with hiring managers , and building a strong talent pipeline in fast-paced industries Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment - Manage hiring for Print Digital Production, QA, Publishing Tech, PMO, Media Design, Accessibility, Photo Data Entry, and EdTech roles Sourcing Talent Pipeline - Identify top talent through LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, referrals, and passive search techniques Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to meet recruitment goals Interview Selection Process - Conduct screening, assessments, and interview coordination to ensure the best candidate experience Offer Management Onboarding - Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and candidate onboarding Process Improvement ATS Management - Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to optimize recruitment workflows Market Intelligence Industry Trends - Stay updated on talent acquisition strategies, hiring trends, and industry benchmarks Key Skills Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in content, media, publishing, digital production, and EdTech recruitment Strong expertise in mid-level hiring, stakeholder management, and talent acquisition strategies Knowledge of Print Digital Production, QA, Publishing Tech, PMO, and e-learning hiring Proficiency in sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and recruitment analytics Hands-on experience with ATS, CRM tools, and recruitment automation Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Bachelor s or Master s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
