Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Corporate Planning Manager to lead the development, monitoring, and execution of corporate strategies and business plans. This role will work closely with senior leadership to align long-term goals with operational execution, analyze business performance, and provide insights that drive growth and efficiency.

Lead the corporate planning cycle, including annual business plans, budgets, and long-term strategic plans.
Conduct market research, industry benchmarking, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Track and evaluate company performance against financial and strategic objectives.
Collaborate with business unit heads to align departmental goals with corporate strategy.
Prepare strategic reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management and the Board.
Support decision-making through data-driven insights, scenario analysis, and forecasting.
Identify risks, business challenges, and propose corrective actions.
Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic factors impacting the business.
Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency, profitability, and growth.
Support mergers & acquisitions (M&A), partnerships, and investment evaluations.
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI/analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior leadership.
Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking mindset.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
