Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Corporate Planning Manager to drive the company’s strategic planning, business analysis, and performance monitoring. The role will work closely with senior leadership to align business objectives with execution, provide market insights, and support long-term growth initiatives.

Lead the corporate planning process, including annual budgets, business plans, and long-term strategies.
Analyze financial and operational performance, highlighting trends and improvement areas.
Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry analysis to guide strategic decisions.
Collaborate with business unit heads to align departmental strategies with overall corporate goals.
Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Support M&A, partnerships, and investment evaluations through financial modeling and due diligence.
Identify business risks, opportunities, and develop action plans.
Monitor KPIs and corporate performance metrics, ensuring accountability and transparency.
Drive cross-functional initiatives for efficiency, profitability, and growth.
Proven experience in corporate planning, strategy, FP&A, or management consulting.
Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting skills.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence senior leadership.
Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and strategic thinking.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
