Job Description

This operation is based in the US, so you will be required to work from 6pm to 3am IST. Strong verbal and written English skills are a necessity.

SUMMARY

The corporate human resources coordinator aids with and facilitates the Human Resources processes for all business locations. This role reports directly to the Assistant Director of Human Resources Generalist and provides internal support to all staff members of the Corporate Human Resources Department.

Job Responsibilities:

Employee Experience

  • Performs customer service functions by triaging internal and external HR related inquiries and provides applicable assistance via Corporate HR internal phone line and ticket system.
  • Re-direct internal and external HR related inquiries to appropriate Corporate HR team members or Company department.
  • Assists HR department with administrative tasks for all Employee Experience functions including onboarding administration, termination requests, performance reviews, progressive discipline, etc.
  • Provides general HR Support to all employees, escalating appropriately to the internal Employee Experience team as applicable.
  • Ad hoc employee relations assistance in internal investigations, employee complaints, etc.

Unemployment Administration:

  • Prepare and submit all unemployment claims, wage audits, and hearings in a timely manner through ADP Case Builder.
  • Unemployment fraud administration and response.

Employment Verifications:

  • Process employment verifications, including written and verbal in a timely fashion.

Human Resources Administration:

  • Maintain and audit electronic employee files for all non-executive and corporate employee files and perform other functions including HRIS data maintenance to ensure accuracy in employee data.
  • Act as liaison between HR department, third-party data administration vendor (Metriqe), and/or hiring managers and intervene when issues arise.
  • Oversee, review, and redistribute internal HR fax.
  • Assist with pre-employment and onboarding compliance items and audits including compliance audits with federal, state, and local requirements as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • General knowledge of basic principles and terminology related to human resources functions.
  • Excellent with Microsoft Office Suite and related business and communication tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective administration and people management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
