Job Description

This operation is based in the US, so the employee will be required to work in the Eastern Time Zone (EST) i.e., from 6.30pm to 3.30am IST. Excellent verbal and written English skills are a necessity. Hybrid working model, should be able to come to our Baner, Pune office thrice a week.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Expert to optimize our digital marketing efforts and drive data-driven decision-making. This role will be responsible for AI-SEO, GTM (Google Tag Manager), web analytics, paid search, paid social, data entry, Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization, and comprehensive data analysis. This role will be responsible for understanding and communicating emerging trends in new AI channels, building strategy and aggressive testing plans, executing, measuring and optimizing SEO/organic initiatives to ensure we are on the leading edge.

Key Responsibilities:

AI SEO/ GEO

  • Research and implement AI SEO strategies to improve brand visibility in AI-driven search results (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.).
  • Leverage schema markup, structured data, and conversational search optimization to improve discoverability across AI tools.
  • Monitor keyword rankings, search intent trends, and AI-generated snippets using advanced AI SEO platforms.
  • Test and adapt generative engine optimization (GEO) strategies to ensure brand presence in AI-powered recommendations.

Paid Social & Google Ads

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns, leveraging AI-driven bidding and targeting strategies.
  • Use AI-powered tools to improve audience segmentation and conversion optimization.
  • Build performance dashboards integrating paid social and Google Ads data with revenue attribution models.

GTM & Web Analytics

  • Own Google Tag Manager (GTM) setup and governance for tracking events, conversions, remarketing tags, and custom triggers.
  • Ensure accurate implementation of GA4 and cross-platform tracking.

Email Marketing

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, manage subscriber lists, ensure deliverability, and analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement and conversions.

Reporting Tools

  • Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports using platforms such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Use GA4, GTM, and CRM data to create integrated reports for SEO, paid media, GBP, and email campaigns.
  • Provide actionable insights through performance tracking, trend analysis, and forecasting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (Masters preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, with exposure to AI tools.
  • Familiarity with

    GA4, GTM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools, reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and CRM platforms

    (HubSpot, Brevo).
  • Experience with AI-powered platforms for marketing analytics, predictive modeling, or automation.
