Job Description

This operation is based in the US, so you will be required to work from 6:30pm to 3:30am IST. Strong verbal and written English skills are a necessity.

Job Summary:

LMS Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain the UKG Learning LMS, including course uploads, user setup, assignments, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Monitor and optimize LMS performance, proactively resolving technical issues and escalating to UKG support when needed.
Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards to measure training compliance, learner progress, and engagement.
Serve as a point of contact for LMS-related questions and support, providing technical assistance and training to users.
Assist in the configuration and testing of new LMS features, system upgrades, and integrations.
Maintain LMS documentation including SOPs, user guides, and change logs.
Support audits and compliance initiatives by managing records and ensuring training documentation is up to date.
Stay informed on UKG Learning enhancements and best practices to continuously improve the user experience.
Support other learning or system-related projects as directed by leadership.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience administering an LMS platform, preferably UKG Learning (formerly Kronos).
Strong understanding of LMS configuration, reporting, and data management.
Experience working with SCORM, AICC, xAPI, and other e-learning standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
