Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Design and deliver insurance training programs for agents, brokers, and other stakeholders to enhance their knowledge of insurance products and services.
  • Develop process training materials, such as manuals, guides, and online courses, to teach sales teams how to effectively sell insurance policies.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive training content that meets industry standards.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms.

Job Requirements :

  • 8-15 years of experience in developing or delivering insurance training programs.
  • Strong understanding of the insurance industry's processes, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proven track record in designing effective learning strategies using various modalities (e.g., classroom instruction, e-learning).
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.
