Job Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive with 1–3 years of experience who can independently manage and execute end-to-end digital marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone who wants ownership across channels and exposure to real growth campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will handle:

• SEO: On-page, off-page, basic technical SEO, keyword research, and reporting
• PPC / Paid Ads: Google Ads and Meta Ads (setup, monitoring, optimization)
• Social Media Marketing: Content planning, posting, engagement, and basic analytics
• Content Creation & Marketing: Blogs, captions, website content, and campaign copy
• Email Marketing: Campaigns, newsletters, and simple automation workflows
• CRM Marketing: Lead management, follow-ups, pipeline tracking, and basic CRM automation
• Performance tracking, reporting, and optimization of campaigns
• Lead generation and conversion improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
• Working knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, content, email, and CRM marketing
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and CRM platforms (Zoho or similar)
• Basic understanding of funnels, lead nurturing, and conversion tracking
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment

Compensation

• Probation Period (First 3 Months): ₹20,000-₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
• Post-Probation: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month (based on performance)
