Role Overview

Associate General Manager (AGM) - Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
Be responsible for the
entire recruitment process
from sourcing to final hiring—across the organization.
Talent Pipeline Management:
Develop and maintain a high-quality database and talent pool pipeline using all available resources optimally (Job Portals, Walk-ins, Advertisements, Employee Referrals, etc.).
Leadership & Team Management:
Manage a team of
10–15 recruiters
. Guide the team to meet aggressive targets, with each recruiter expected to hire
8–10 candidates per month
for middle and senior-level positions.
Lateral Hiring Expertise:
Handle lateral hiring effectively, particularly for
sales and other support functions
.
Operational Excellence:

Write and update (JD) and prepare a strategic recruitment plan accordingly.
Conduct meetings with hiring managers to discuss job duties and team needs.
Oversee
Vendor Management
activities.
Send and manage daily, weekly, or monthly
recruitment trackers
to respective HODs.
