Role Overview

The HR Operations Lead – Corporate HR is responsible for driving end-to-end HR operations across the organization, ensuring robust people processes, statutory compliance, payroll accuracy, PMS effectiveness, and employee lifecycle management. The role partners closely with business leaders to align HR operations with organizational goals while maintaining governance, efficiency, and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations & Governance

  • Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations across corporate and business units.
  • Standardize HR processes, SOPs, and documentation to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Ensure seamless execution of employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits, and F&F settlements.

2. Payroll & Statutory Compliance

  • Oversee payroll processing with 100% accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, Gratuity, CLRA, Factories Act, and Shops & Establishments.
  • Coordinate statutory audits and inspections with zero non-compliance.

3. Performance Management System (PMS)

  • Design, implement, and monitor KRA/KPI-based PMS across functions.
  • Drive appraisal cycles, performance reviews, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP).
  • Provide dashboards and analytics for leadership decision-making.

4. HR Business Partnering

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to corporate leadership and functional heads.
  • Support manpower planning, workforce optimization, and succession planning.
  • Address employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters effectively.

5. HR Policies & Process Improvement

  • Draft, review, and implement HR policies aligned with business and legal requirements.
  • Drive process automation, HR digitization, and HRMS optimization.
  • Continuously improve HR efficiency through data, analytics, and best practices.

6. Employee Engagement & Development

  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, POSH awareness, welfare programs, and safety training.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development initiatives.
  • Promote a positive, compliant, and performance-driven work culture.

7. Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the HR operations team.
  • Define roles, KPIs, and development plans for team members.
  • Ensure high productivity, accountability, and service delivery from the HR team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
