Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Corporate HR Manager. The Corporate HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Daily tasks include developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, conducting training and development sessions, and ensuring a positive work environment. The HR Manager will also handle conflict resolution, maintain employee records, and support organizational goals through strategic HR planning. Qualifications Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes Skills in employee relations management and conflict resolution Proficiency in performance management and employee development Knowledge of compliance with labor laws and HR policies Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaborate with various teams Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification is a plus Experience in the agricultural or manufacturing sector is desirable Show more Show less
