Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Executive located in Jaipur. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, and developing and implementing HR policies. Daily tasks will include handling recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies. The role also involves maintaining employee records and managing performance review processes.

Qualifications

Experience in HR Management and HR Operations
Skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies
Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) functions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in the agricultural or manufacturing industry is a plus
