Role Description

📝 Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Import & Export Coordinator to join our agrochemical company in Nirman Nagar, Jaipur. The ideal candidate will manage international shipments, coordinate with freight forwarders, ensure compliance with customs regulations, and maintain proper documentation.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Handle all documentation related to imports & exports (invoices, packing lists, BL, COO, etc.)

✅ Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and customs authorities

✅ Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods

✅ Track shipments and maintain shipment records

✅ Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, and other government regulations.

✅ Liaise with suppliers and buyers for timely execution

✅ Prepare MIS reports and shipment summaries

✅ Ensure agrochemical product regulations are adhered to.

🧰 Requirements:

🎓 Graduate (preferably in Commerce or International Business)

📦 2–5 years of experience in import-export, preferably in agrochemical or chemical industries

💻 Proficiency in MS Excel, Email Communication & ERP Systems

📘 Knowledge of INCOTERMS, HS Codes, and international trade regulations

🗣 Good communication & coordination skills

💼 Employment Type: Full-Time

🕰 Working Days: Monday to Saturday
