Role Description This is an internship role for an Import Export Coordinator. The role is hybrid, with the primary location in New Delhi and some work from home acceptable. The Import Export Coordinator will be responsible for handling export and import documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, assisting in the coordination of shipments, and providing excellent customer service to clients. The role will involve daily interaction with clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth and efficient logistics operations. Qualifications Export Documentation and Import Export skills Knowledge of Export and Import regulations Customer Service skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and highly organized Ability to work independently and in a team setting Proficiency in relevant software and tools is a plus Prior experience or relevant coursework in logistics or supply chain management is beneficial
