Job Opening: Import Export Coordinator (India Office) Company Head Office – Perth, Australia Job Location: Gurdaspur, Punjab, India ⸻ About Us Perth-based company engaged in sustainable recycling and resource recovery. To strengthen our international operations and support our Australian team, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Import Export Coordinator to join our Indian office. ⸻ Position Overview We seek an all-round logistics and documentation professional with at least 1 years of experience in freight forwarding or working with a liner agency. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of import/export documentation, logistics coordination, and customer communication. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Coordinate with logistics departments on allocation and scheduling. • Manage customs clearance procedures and ensure accurate data entry. • Handle import demurrage processes, including agreements and coordination. • Oversee the complete booking process, including planning of land transportation. • Execute full import documentation processes and ensure compliance. • Manage customer communication via email from notification to release. • Coordinate cross-trade shipments, including document issuance, billing, and charge collection. • Provide proactive customer service and ensure timely updates and follow-ups. ⸻ Requirements • Minimum 1 years of professional experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or liner agency operations. • Commercial mindset with a proven ability to manage documentation and logistics independently. • Strong communication skills and business English proficiency (spoken and written). • Hands-on knowledge of customs documentation and clearance processes (preferred). • Team player with a proactive, flexible, and problem-solving attitude. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for process improvement. ⸻ Job Location Gurdaspur, Punjab (India Office) This position supports our Perth-based operations team. ⸻ How to Apply If you meet the above criteria and are ready to join a dynamic international team, please share your updated CV directly to our email address: logisticsnsmr@gmail.com
