Position Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage daily HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for people management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)
• Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation
• Manage attendance, payroll processing, and leave records
• Assist with ESIC, PF, and statutory compliance
• Organize training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities
• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and support
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed
• Prepare HR reports and support audits when required

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in an HR role (freshers with strong internship experience can also apply)
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with labor laws, PF/ESIC, and HRMS tools
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools
