As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an energetic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our business development initiatives across both our academic and IT service segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Identify and engage potential clients, students, and business partners.
• Promote Slams Art's training programs and IT services.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and track performance KPIs.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research and analyze competition.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
• Experience in the education or IT industry is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, CRM, etc.) is desirable.
