Corporate HR Manager

Job Summary:

The Corporate HR Manager will oversee and align the strategic HR initiatives across the organizations various departments and locations. This role is responsible for driving HR policies, improving employee engagement, managing talent pipelines, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The HR Manager acts as a strategic partner to the leadership team to enable business growth through people-centric strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Management

  • Align HR strategy with corporate goals and business objectives.

  • Partner with senior management to forecast and plan workforce requirements.

  • Lead HR transformation projects and change management initiatives.

Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning

  • Develop and manage centralized hiring plans in coordination with department heads.

  • Oversee employer branding and recruitment campaigns.

  • Build pipelines for critical and leadership roles.

Performance Management

  • Design and implement the performance appraisal system.

  • Facilitate periodic reviews, feedback sessions, and goal-setting practices.

  • Support managers in dealing with underperformance or productivity issues.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

  • Manage employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.

  • Launch initiatives to boost employee morale and retention.

Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs through surveys and performance data.

  • Implement leadership development, technical upskilling, and behavioral training programs.

  • Partner with external vendors or trainers when required.

HR Policy & Compliance

  • Review, implement, and update HR policies across all functions.

  • Ensure company compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and audits.

  • Maintain employee records and documentation as per statutory norms.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Recommend and implement C&B strategies in line with market trends.

  • Oversee payroll coordination and benefits administration with finance/payroll teams.

  • Drive annual salary review cycles and incentive planning.

Reporting & HR Analytics

  • Maintain HR dashboards for attrition, hiring, training hours, performance trends.

  • Provide HR reports to management for decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resource Management, MBA preferred.

  • 8 to12 years of experience in a similar or relevant HR role.

  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, HRMS platforms, and modern HR practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
