About the Role

We’re looking for a Product & Growth Strategy (Growth Marketing) & Customer Journey

Specialist to improve how users interact with our website, reduce friction in the booking

process, and increase conversion rates across key service and city-level pages. This role

bridges UX thinking with data analysis and product marketing to deliver high-performing

landing experiences for patients.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Journey Optimization

- Map user journeys from entry (SEO, paid, organic) to conversion (form fills, calls)

- Identify friction points in funnel: service > city > clinic > booking flow

- Collaborate with SEO, content, tech, and design teams to improve user paths

Growth Marketing Strategy & Execution

- Run A/B and multivariate tests on CTAs, layouts, forms, and headlines

- Propose changes to treatment and city pages based on behavioral insights

- Build hypotheses, test variations, and measure uplift using tools like Google Optimize,

VWO, or Optimizely

Behavioral Analytics

- Use GA4, Hotjar, Clarity, etc. to analyze scroll depth, clicks, heatmaps

- Set up goals and events to track key conversion points (calls, form fills, button clicks)

- Present insights with dashboards and clear visual storytelling

Messaging & UX Collaboration

- Work with content and product teams to align page messaging with patient pain points

- Suggest placement of trust signals, testimonials, USPs, and clinic information for credibility

- Ensure mobile-first UX and accessibility compliance

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

- Report regularly on Growth Marketing experiments and funnel performance

- Share actionable next steps for growth and iterate based on results

Required Skills

- 3–6 years in Growth Marketing, UX strategy, or performance marketing

- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4, GSC, and behavior tools (Hotjar, Clarity)

- Experience running A/B tests and landing page experiments

- Solid grasp of UX/UI best practices (especially for healthcare or service businesses)

- Bonus: Basic HTML/CSS understanding, Figma collaboration experience
