HCL is Hiring: Experienced Contract Management Specialist

Were looking for someone who can hit the ground running!

Role Highlights:

Proven experience in handling
Labor, Staff augmentation, and Professional Services.
Strong expertise in drafting
SOWs, MSAs, NDAs
, and other contractual documents.
Skilled in
creating rate cards
, preparing
scope of services.
Hands-on experience in
contract negotiation, contract clauses
and working within the
procurement domain.
Familiarity with
CLM tools
is a strong advantage (SAP Ariba).
Excellent
communication
and
stakeholder management
skills.
Ability to work
independently
and manage multiple contracts efficiently.
Strong
interpersonal skills
and a collaborative mindset.

MBA / BE
