B2B Content Writer/ Marketer

to join our marketing team. In this role, you'll create high-quality, intent-driven content that fuels awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement. You'll craft blogs, e-books, landing pages, email campaigns, and WhatsApp drips tailored to modern, digital-first businesses.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and write compelling content across key formats:
    • Blogs
    • E-books and long-form resources
    • Landing and campaign pages
    • Email nurtures and newsletters
    • WhatsApp drip campaigns
    • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and business objectives
    • Apply modern SEO best practices — including optimizing for AI-influenced search behavior and LLM relevance
    • Leverage social and owned channels to amplify content reach
    • Use Google Search Console to monitor content performance and guide optimization
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with demand gen, product marketing, and design teams
    • Contribute to a structured, scalable content system that supports rapid growth and localization
    • Continuously test and iterate based on content performance data

Qualities We're Looking For

  • Deep Researcher Able to source and validate data from platforms like Statista, Gartner, Meta docs, and government reports. Understands the importance of fact-checking and EEAT principles.
  • Search Intent First Can instantly spot whether a keyword maps to TOFU, MOFU, or BOFU, and crafts content structure accordingly — not just based on keywords, but true user intent.
  • Storytelling Ability Makes technical topics like WhatsApp APIs engaging. Can write with empathy and clarity, especially for case studies and success stories.
  • Clarity + Simplicity Writes like explaining to a 10th grader. Short sentences, active voice, and well-structured content with bullets where appropriate.
  • SEO Awareness Understands hub & spoke, interlinking, content cannibalization, and uses search-optimized headers that still sound natural.
  • CTA Smartness Places CTAs with intent — aligning them with the funnel stage (e.g., eBook for TOFU, demo for MOFU, pricing for BOFU).
  • Global + Local Mindset Understands tone and messaging variations across geographies (e.g., LATAM vs India vs Greater China). Can tailor messaging by persona — startup founder vs enterprise decision-maker.
  • Collaboration Friendly Works well with designers, editors, and SEOs. Open to using internal templates, Notion workflows, and checklists.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 5-7 years of experience writing B2B SaaS content, with a focus on growth and demand generation
  • Proven ability to create content that ranks, resonates, and converts
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and AI-era search behavior
  • Skilled at simplifying complex topics for different decision-makers
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional setups
  • Strong editorial judgment, attention to detail, and consistency in tone.
