Job Title: Content Writer cum Data Entry Intern Location: Ichchhapor,Surat Department: E-Com Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Content Writer cum Data Entry Intern to join our dynamic team. This dual role requires exceptional writing skills and strong attention to detail for data entry tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content while accurately entering and managing data to support our business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Content Writing: - Develop high-quality, original content for various platforms including websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials. - Research industry-related topics and trends to produce informative and engaging content. - Edit and proofread content for grammar, style, and accuracy before publication. - Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create cohesive content strategies. Data Entry: - Collect, input, and manage data in various databases and systems with a high degree of accuracy. - Ensure data integrity and maintain clean records by regularly updating and verifying information. - Prepare reports and spreadsheets as required, summarizing data findings and insights. - Assist in the organization and maintenance of digital files and documents. - Perform regular audits of data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred. - Proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role. - Familiarity with data entry processes and strong typing skills (minimum [insert typing speed] WPM). - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with online content management systems (CMS). - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. - Familiarity with digital marketing principles. Preferred Skills: - Understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is an advantage. - Experience in research and data analysis is beneficial.
