The ideal candidate will be capable of transforming raw footage into polished, engaging content for social media, advertisements, podcasts, and brand campaigns Key Responsibilities (Scope of Work) Editing long-form videos (podcast-style, YouTube, interviews) Converting long content into short-form videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts Creating and editing direct response ads & VSL-style videos Adding motion graphics and clean transitions Selecting and integrating music, sound effects, and basic or AI-generated voiceovers Ensuring brand consistency across all video content Enhancing videos using relevant B-rolls, overlays, and creative elements Interpreting and reflecting the video’s messaging to guide viewer engagement Optimizing videos for various platforms (Reels / Shorts / LinkedIn / YouTube) Creating high-quality Reels & Shorts aligned with current social media trends and formats Candidate Requirements 1–2 years of experience in video editing Prior agency experience preferred Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and optionally Final Cut Pro Basic understanding of motion graphics Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects Nice to Have Experience editing for YouTubers Basic graphic design skills Understanding of marketing and B2B content Strong narrative-building and visual communication skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,500.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Work Location: In person
