About The Role

We are looking for a versatile Content Writer & Developer who can excel in both creative writing and technical content execution. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller with the ability to create compelling narratives while also being hands-on with publishing, optimization, and content performance management.

This dual-role position bridges creativity with execution, ensuring our content not only engages audiences but also drives measurable results across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Writing Functions
  • Create original, SEO-friendly, and engaging content including blogs, website copy, articles, newsletters, email campaigns, ad copy, and social media captions.
  • Develop brand storytelling for campaigns, launches, and thought-leadership initiatives.
  • Draft scripts for videos, podcasts, presentations, and digital content series.
  • Research industry trends, audience insights, and competitors to inform content strategies.
  • Support editorial calendar planning aligned with marketing and business goals.
  • Maintain brand voice, tone, and consistency across platforms.
  • Content Development Functions
  • Repurpose core content into multiple formats (blogs → infographics → reels → case studies).
  • Develop and manage content for websites, landing pages, and microsites with SEO best practices.
  • Build marketing assets such as brochures, whitepapers, and e-books.
  • Publish and manage content via CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, Drupal).
  • Ensure metadata, tags, and formatting are optimized for search and user experience.
  • Regularly analyze and optimize content for visibility, conversions, and engagement.
  • Conduct A/B testing on content headlines, CTAs, and layouts to maximize performance.


Writing & Creative Skills

  • Exceptional grammar, vocabulary, and copywriting ability.
  • Adaptable to multiple tones: professional, conversational, technical, or sales-driven.
  • Strong storytelling and brand-building skills.

Technical & Development Skills

  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, Drupal).
  • Proficiency in SEO practices (on-page, off-page, and technical basics).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and web formatting.
  • Familiarity with content scheduling & automation tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Mailchimp).

Marketing & Analytical Skills

  • Understanding of digital marketing funnels (TOFU–MOFU–BOFU).
  • Ability to create content that supports lead generation and performance marketing.
  • Data-driven approach to content evaluation using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Search Console.

Collaboration & Project Skills

  • Strong teamwork with designers, developers, and marketing teams.
  • Effective time management to meet deadlines across multiple projects.
  • Ability to balance creative ideation with technical execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in content writing and digital content management.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a mix of creative writing and digital content execution.
