Job Description

Content & Social Media Head

You’ll lead content for our three brands:

  • Sero

    – Affordable men’s formal and semi-formal wear
  • HV

    – Luxury menswear with timeless elegance
  • Aerix

    – Casual menswear and kidswear with a playful edge


What You'll Own


1. Content Strategy & Planning

  • Build and manage monthly content calendars across all three brands
  • Tailor strategy by brand tone, audience, and product priorities
  • Align content with product drops, seasonal campaigns, and business goals

2. Social Media Management

  • Own day-to-day content publishing on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
  • Grow followers and engagement through consistent, high-quality content
  • Respond to DMs/comments or delegate community management
  • Stay updated with platform trends, formats, and algorithm changes

3. Influencer & Creator Collaborations

  • Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers, creators, and stylists
  • Handle outreach, briefing, barter/paid agreements, and performance tracking
  • Build a network of recurring creator relationships

4. Shoot Planning & Production

  • Conceptualize shoots and video content around product launches and brand stories
  • Work with stylists, photographers, and models to execute campaigns
  • Capture a mix of polished visuals, UGC-style reels, and behind-the-scenes content

5. Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Track KPIs like reach, saves, engagement, link clicks, shares
  • Create weekly/monthly reports and use insights to evolve the strategy
  • Collaborate with performance marketing to test creatives that drive conversions

6. Copywriting & Brand Voice

  • Guide the tone of voice and storytelling for each brand
  • Write or supervise copy for captions, emails, campaign scripts, and WhatsApp broadcasts
  • Ensure all communication aligns with brand positioning and audience

7. Content Repurposing & Coordination

  • Repurpose content for emails, website banners, offline catalogs, and retail marketing
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure visual and narrative consistency


What You’ll Need

Education

  • Bachelor’s in Mass Media, Communications, Fashion Marketing, or similar

Experience

  • 4 to 7 years in content, social media, or digital storytelling roles
  • Prior experience in a fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brand preferred

Must-Have Skills

  • Excellent fashion and visual aesthetic sense
  • Strong experience with Instagram reels, content trends, and creator formats
  • Experience directing or producing shoots
  • Good copywriting instincts and brand storytelling ability
  • Tools: Canva, Figma, Google Sheets, Notion
  • Bonus: video editing (CapCut/VN), familiarity with analytics dashboards


Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with influencer tools like Winkl, Collabstr
  • Exposure to SEO, email marketing, and WhatsApp flows
  • Comfortable managing junior content executives or freelancers
