This is a key leadership role for someone who can shape brand voice, direct content production, and drive engagement across platforms — while balancing creativity with commercial outcomes. Content Strategy & Planning Build and manage monthly content calendars across all three brands Tailor strategy by brand tone, audience, and product priorities Align content with product drops, seasonal campaigns, and business goals 2. Social Media Management Own day-to-day content publishing on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and LinkedIn Grow followers and engagement through consistent, high-quality content Respond to DMs/comments or delegate community management Stay updated with platform trends, formats, and algorithm changes 3. Influencer & Creator Collaborations Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers, creators, and stylists Handle outreach, briefing, barter/paid agreements, and performance tracking Build a network of recurring creator relationships 4. Shoot Planning & Production Conceptualize shoots and video content around product launches and brand stories Work with stylists, photographers, and models to execute campaigns Capture a mix of polished visuals, UGC-style reels, and behind-the-scenes content 5.
