Content Strategist

We are looking for a talented Social Media Content Strategist to lead the planning, creation, and execution of our social media content strategy for a fast-growing D2C brand. The role will focus on developing monthly content calendars, managing multi-platform content delivery, and driving engagement and brand presence across channels like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Develop and own the monthly social media content calendar, including ideation, theme planning, scheduling, and cross-platform alignment.
• Create fresh, engaging content ideas and formats tailored for each social media channel.
• Collaborate with creative teams on content production, including graphics, videos, and copywriting, to ensure consistency and brand alignment.
• Implement social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Monitor, analyze, and report social media performance metrics, adapting content strategies to optimize impact.
• Stay ahead of social media trends and platform updates; propose innovations and testing to improve content effectiveness.
• Collaborate with UGC creators and influencers and prepare script and shoot directions.
• Coordinate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure content supports business priorities and campaigns.

• 2-4 years of experience in social media content strategy, preferably in a D2C or digital marketing environment.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end social media content calendars and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behaviors.
• Excellent storytelling, writing, and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to analyze social media analytics and drive data-informed decisions.
• Strong collaboration and project management skills with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Comfortable working full-time from our Gurgaon office with a structured work schedule
