We help clients understand the mechanisms behind the social media algorithms to avoid burnout.

Role Description

Content Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

• Develop tailored content strategies for multiple client brands across industries.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and trend mapping for each client.
• Build monthly/quarterly content calendars aligned with client objectives (brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, or sales).
• Pitch creative campaign ideas to clients and internal teams.

Content Development

• Provide clear briefs to content writers, designers, and video editors.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and campaign goals.
• Plan content mix (blogs, reels, videos, infographics, social campaigns, ad creatives, etc.) for each client.
• Oversee the creation of SEO-driven and platform-optimized content.

Client Management & Collaboration

• Act as the content point-of-contact for assigned clients.
• Present content strategies and reports during client meetings.
• Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure timely execution.

Optimisation & Reporting

• Track content performance across digital channels (social, blogs, websites, ads).
• Analyze results, prepare reports, and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
• Continuously refine strategies based on insights, KPIs, and campaign performance.
• Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and content best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in 

  content strategy or content marketing (preferably agency experience)

• Strong understanding of 

  social media, SEO, and digital marketing ecosystems

  .
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple brands/projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Canva/Figma (basic), and social media analytics.
