Role Description We are seeking a creative, analytical, and detail-oriented Content Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and managing content strategies across multiple clients, ensuring each brand’s voice, goals, and audience needs are met. You will work closely with writers & designers to deliver impactful, engaging, and result-driven content. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning Develop tailored content strategies for multiple client brands across industries. Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and trend mapping for each client. Build monthly/quarterly content calendars aligned with client objectives (brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, or sales). Pitch creative campaign ideas to clients and internal teams. Content Development Provide clear briefs to content writers, designers, and video editors. Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and campaign goals. Plan content mix (blogs, reels, videos, infographics, social campaigns, ad creatives, etc.) for each client. Oversee the creation of SEO-driven and platform-optimized content. Client Management & Collaboration Act as the content point-of-contact for assigned clients. Present content strategies and reports during client meetings. Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure timely execution. Optimisation & Reporting Track content performance across digital channels (social, blogs, websites, ads). Analyze results, prepare reports, and provide actionable recommendations to clients. Continuously refine strategies based on insights, KPIs, and campaign performance. Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and content best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. 2-3 years of proven experience in content strategy or content marketing (preferably agency experience) . Strong understanding of social media, SEO, and digital marketing ecosystems . Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple brands/projects simultaneously. Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Canva/Figma (basic), and social media analytics. Role Overview As a Video Editor, you’ll be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality video content for social media, ad campaigns, and brand storytelling. You’ll work closely with our creative strategists, designers, and marketing team to bring ideas to life through visual storytelling. Key Responsibilities Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Add graphics, animations, sound effects, and transitions to enhance storytelling. Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute video campaigns. Optimize videos for different platforms and formats (reels, ads, YouTube shorts, etc.). Maintain brand aesthetics and consistency across all visual outputs.
