We are currently expanding our digital and academic footprint and looking for passionate professionals to lead our content and digital communication strategies.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Content Strategist to lead content development across academic and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in EdTech institutions/companies and should be well-versed in content planning, storytelling, digital marketing, SEO, and campaign strategy.

You will work closely with academic departments, marketing teams, and the leadership to shape the brand voice and increase visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Planning & Strategy

• Develop and manage content calendars based on marketing and brand objectives.
• Perform content audits to evaluate performance and identify gaps.
• Define content goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.

Audience & Market Research

• Conduct research to understand audience needs, behaviors, and content preferences
• Analyze competitors and industry trends to identify content opportunities

Content Development Oversight

• Guide creation of blogs, social media posts, videos, whitepapers, and more
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and SEO specialists
• Ensure content aligns with brand voice, tone, and messaging

SEO and Optimization

• Incorporate SEO best practices into content plans
• Work closely with the SEO team to optimize existing and new content

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with marketing, product, and design teams for campaigns
• Support content needs for email marketing, paid ads, and website

Content Performance Analysis

• Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot to track performance
• Adjust strategies based on data and insights

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of proven experience in content strategy, preferably in an EdTech setting.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)
• Excellent communication, writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple content pipelines while maintaining brand consistency.
• Familiarity with academic language and curriculum promotion is a plus.
