Job Summary:

Content Production Lead


Responsibilities:

  1. Content Delivery & Implementation

  • Own end-to-end delivery of Content across all programs, ensuring timely rollouts with minimal errors.
  • Manage Content lifecycle including version control, updates, and retirement of outdated modules.
  • Anticipate delivery risks and implement proactive measures to maintain smooth learner experience.

Process Design & Optimization

  • Build and maintain scalable SOPs and workflows for Content operations.
  • Continuously identify inefficiencies and redesign processes to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Drive automation and standardization initiatives to reduce manual overhead.


3. Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Capture and translate requirements into structured delivery plans with clear ownership.
  • Act as the coordination hub between Content, content, product, and placement teams.
  • Provide regular progress updates, manage dependencies, and escalate blockers effectively.


4. Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

  • Establish quality benchmarks for Content rollout and conduct periodic audits.
  • Implement structured feedback loops with learners and instructors.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and learner satisfaction of Content delivery.


5. Data-Driven Operations

  • Track key operational KPIs such as rollout accuracy, turnaround time, and learner engagement.
  • Build dashboards and generate reports for leadership visibility.
  • Use data insights to identify risks, optimize performance, and forecast future delivery needs.


6. Sprint & Task Management

  • Manage Content delivery sprints, ensuring strict adherence to timelines.
  • Facilitate planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives to maintain agility.
  • Create visibility on progress, priorities, and blockers for all stakeholders.


7. Team & Resource Management

  • Lead onboarding, training, and skill development of Content operations contributors.
  • Plan and allocate resources efficiently across projects to maximize productivity.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.


8. Financial Oversight & Budget Management

  • Monitor and manage budgets for Content operations, ensuring financial discipline.
  • Optimize resource spend and track ROI of tools, technology, and team activities.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to manage procurement, approvals, and reporting.
  • Ensure cost-efficiency without compromising delivery quality.


9. Operational Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain detailed documentation of workflows, SOPs, and operational records.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
  • Keep knowledge bases updated to enable transparency and continuity in delivery.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in education or EdTech.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in process design and implementation.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail and quality.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and learning management systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of Content development and instructional design principles.
  • Familiarity with educational technology trends and tools.
  • Passion for education and student success.
