Content Manager – Assessment Content

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:

• Understand and finalize client requirements and project deliverables.
• Prepare detailed project and resource plans and define milestones.
• Allocate responsibilities among team members and track daily progress.
• Forecast potential risks and take preventive/corrective actions.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

• Team & Process Management:

• Manage a team of content creators, reviewers, and subject matter experts.
• Monitor team performance, assign priorities, and resolve workflow issues.
• Lead continuous process improvement initiatives for better efficiency and output.
• Identify resource needs and assist with hiring and onboarding.

• Coordination & Communication:

• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts, quality assurance, and operations teams.
• Handle audit coordination and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Provide timely reporting to leadership on progress, challenges, and metrics.

• 10 to 15 years of experience in project/content/process management roles
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-stakes environments
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Passion for managing educational or assessment-related content and processes
