Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our dynamic team. This role provides cross-functional support in research, content, knowledge management, reporting, communications and marketing. You will be an integral part of delivering consistent, high-quality support to the stakeholders and work independently and with the team in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare wins and opportunity reports from Salesforce and maintain different performance dashboards.
  • Dashboard maintenance and development
  • Draft initial insights from regular reporting
  • Define analyses to support market opportunity analysis (e.g. market share, share of wallet, whitespace etc)
  • AI generated reports/outputs
  • Provide end-to-end assistance with internal communications and newsletters.
  • Prepare metrics reports for newsletters /communications.
  • Support content migration between platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Connected Source etc).
  • Create data visualizations to aid decision-making and knowledge capture
  • Providing event support, managing industry contact distribution list

Skills and experience:

  • Running Salesforce reports
  • Putting information from established reports into documents
  • Basic analysis that is repetitive and instruction based
  • Understands the meaning of the data and reporting enough to recognize outliers / raise questions
  • Build excels support pivot (tables)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to define and execute analysis required to test hypotheses or inform business choices
  • Can execute hypothesis driven analysis
  • Strong command of available data sources and definitions including Salesforce and Revenue
  • Can develop first draft of insights from reporting data
  • Knowledge of modern AI and analytical tools to accelerate/ advance/ automate the work
  • Capability to gather, interpret, and analyze data from various sources
  • Highly Experienced in tools, e.g. Salesforce, Alteryx, PowerBI
  • Ability to work under pressure and complete projects in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Comfortable asking questions and making suggestions on improvements and best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like MS Office, SharePoint, Salesforce CRM/ Einstein Analytics (preferred).
  • Able to engage effectively with multicultural stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, able to multitask and reprioritize as needed.
  • Detail-oriented, flexible, and adaptable.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/Masters in Finance/Marketing or other relevant disciplines.
  • Course/Trainings in Data Visualization tools
  • 2-4 years relevant experience
