About the Role


We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Branding & Communications Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for refining our corporate profiles, ensuring all company materials are up-to-date, and driving consistent brand presence across digital and social media platforms. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a creative mindset, and a passion for storytelling that aligns with our company’s vision.


Key Responsibilities


Corporate Branding & Profiles


  • Refine and maintain company profiles across platforms (website, LinkedIn, social media pages, etc.).
  • Update corporate decks, brochures, and other marketing collateral to ensure brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with leadership to craft messaging that reflects company values and other branding related activities addressing internal and external needs.


  • Content Development & Management


  • Develop, edit, and proofread content for newsletters, case studies, and other materials.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and transform it into engaging content.
  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely updates and consistency across channels.


  • Social Media & Digital Presence


  • Create and publish engaging posts on company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.).
  • Monitor engagement and track performance of content to optimize reach and visibility.
  • Stay updated with trends and recommend new content ideas to enhance online presence.


  • Internal & External Communication Support


  • Assist with drafting announcements, press releases, and client and employee communication when needed.
  • Ensure all communication materials follow brand tone and messaging guidelines.
  • Work closely with the sales, HR, digital marketing, design team.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field(Not Preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in content writing, corporate communications, or digital marketing.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management and content scheduling tools.
  • Ability to translate technical or business information into clear, engaging content.
  • Knowledge of basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.


Key Skills

  • Excellent communication (written & verbal).
  • Creativity with an eye for branding and storytelling.
  • Good understanding of design aesthetics.
  • Hand’s on experience with AI tools to generate videos and presentations.
