Role Description

Content Executive / Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Content Management & Scheduling

• Plan and schedule daily/weekly content calendars for Website Blogs, YT, FB, IG, WA, and LinkedIn.
• Ensure timely posting across all platforms using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across channels.

Content Writing & Scripting

• Write compelling social media captions, post copy, and short-form video scripts.
• Script content for YouTube videos and Instagram Reels.
• Collaborate with designers and video editors to bring content to life.

Publishing & Platform Management

• Upload and optimize content natively on each platform.
• Ensure each post is aligned with SEO, hashtags, thumbnails, and tagging best practices.

Community Engagement

• Respond to comments, DMs, and queries on all platforms.
• Monitor engagement and identify community insights, FAQs, and sentiment trends.
• Manage WhatsApp broadcast groups and community groups if applicable.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track key metrics like reach, engagement, click-through, and follower growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize content strategy based on analytics.

Key Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in social media/content roles.
• Strong command over written English and Hindi; creative writing is a plus.
• Basic understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools and platform backends (YouTube Studio, LinkedIn admin, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Google Docs, Sheets.
• Bonus: Knowledge of video editing or design tools is a plus.

• Content calendar execution across all platforms.
• Timely publishing of all content as per plan.
• Quality and originality of content/scripts.
• Engagement rate and community responsiveness.
• Growth in followers/subscribers.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• % adherence to content publishing timelines.
• Monthly engagement rate across platforms.
• Growth in followers/subscribers (platform-wise).
• Average response time to DMs/comments.
• Number of scripts/content pieces created per week.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Writing skills
• Proficiency in Web Content Writing and Content Management
• Strong Research abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field is preferred
• Familiarity with educational counseling and platforms is a plus
