Content Associate

We’re looking for a Content Associate who enjoys writing across formats and is comfortable working with clear briefs and tight deadlines. This role is perfect for someone with 3–4 years of experience who can take ownership of projects and communicate well with clients and internal teams. You’ll be part of a collaborative content team that works with top brands in BFSI, SaaS, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Ideate and create content and copy across social media, emailers, webpages, case studies, video scripts, and long-form content pieces
  

• Follow brand guidelines and tone of voice as shared by project leads
  

• Work with editors and senior writers to revise drafts and improve clarity, work with designers to bring your ideas to life
  

• Support research and fact-checking as part of content development
  

• Maintain timelines and deliver content with consistency
  

• Use basic tools to produce clean, formatted drafts
  

Ideal Profile:

Good to Have:

• Exposure to AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Canva, and Grammarly
  

• Experience working in a content agency or with multiple brands
  

• Understanding of SEO, and readability tools
