Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the founding team to develop and implement long-term business strategies that align with company goals and market opportunities. Investment Collaboration: Provide financial investment to support the growth and expansion of Business Curative’s consulting services and operations. Business Development: Leverage industry expertise and network to attract new clients, forge strategic partnerships, and expand market presence. Consulting Expertise: Offer guidance and insights on optimizing our consulting processes, including marketing, finance, operations, and human resource management. Mentorship: Act as a mentor to our team, providing leadership and direction on complex client engagements and business challenges. Client Engagement: Participate in high-level client meetings to understand their needs and offer strategic solutions to drive business outcomes. Risk & Opportunity Analysis: Identify risks, opportunities, and innovative solutions to enhance client offerings and support entrepreneurial decision-making. Qualifications: Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business consulting and services, with a proven track record of leading successful consulting projects across multiple industries. Investment Background: Demonstrated experience in investing in or funding startups, business ventures, or consulting firms. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing startups, particularly in areas like marketing, finance, operations, and HR. Skills: Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to open doors for new business. Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and clients.
